I gotta say the staff was friendly, they made us feel welcomed right from the start. Plus, we got an upgrade to the 35th floor with a fantastic view without asking, that was a nice surprise!

I loved how easy it was to stroll to Jumeirah Lakes Towers Park just a few steps away and enjoy a variety of amazing restaurants like Nola Eatery right next door. the staff were also fast and super helpful whenever I needed something during my stay.

The room was comfy with a huge bed, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. I enjoyed great views from the upper floors and had access to a fitness center and a spa with diverse treatments including massages and facials. The breakfast had fresh fruits, an omelette station, and pastries. Friendly staff made it all better.

Had an amazing time with friends! We loved scuba diving and exploring the underwater world while soaking up the sun at the beach. The hotel was conveniently located near a supermarket and had great facilities, including a pool and a gym. We even enjoyed using the amenities after checking out, which made our travel smoother.
